General rules
Buylandingpagedesign.com reserves the right to terminate access of users found abusing or misusing the website. Buylandingpagedesign reserves the right to make necessary modifications to the website and change the design prices as and when required without any prior notice.
Design Package
We provide affordable landing page and website design packages. Package users are eligible for free updates as per their package. If you need updates after your have used all your free updates then you are required to purchase our additional maintenance pacakge. You are required to cancel your package before it renews if you do not wish to continue with our package services. Package once renewed can be cancelled for upcoming payments only.
If your package subscription payment get cancelled or delayed for any reason then you package will be cancelled. Package users are not eligible to receive any template files, they are only entitled to use the templates as long as their package is active.
Images and Content
Client must supply all materials and information required by us to complete the work on time. Such materials may include, but are not limited to images, content, logos and other printed material. If there is any delay in suppling the required materials to which then this can cause a delay in completion of the work and we have the right to extend the previously agreed deadlines by a reasonable amount. If client is not able to provide images for the design then the client is responsible to purchase license for any stock photography used by us. All images used in our templates are for demonstration purposes only and are not included in the download file. You are required to purchase the same or provide us images to replace them.
Backups
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups with respect to your website and we will not be liable for restoring any client data or client websites except to the extent that such data loss arises out of a negligent act or omission by us.
Unauthorized usage
You are not authorized to place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a disk, CD, website or any other medium. You are not authorized to offer our designs (modified or unmodified) for resale or redistribution. You are not allowed to use our templates preview/screenshot as your portfolio or blog post etc without prior permission from us. If you want to use our templates you must obtain a permission from us and link back to the original source.
Please note that we do not allow resell of our designs, so beware of any fake and misleading websites and designers using our templates preview to mislead you. Strict action will be taken against those accused of copyright infringement.
Refunds
Since the landing pages and website templates are considered as digital products, so we cannot offer you any refund or exchange after you have already made the purchase and received the download link as we have no control over the product being downloaded from our servers. Thus, any purchases made by the customers will be considered final, and no refund or exchange shall be provided. As a customer you are responsible to check all the details regarding the template mentioned on our template description page as well as read the terms and conditions prior to purchasing any item from our website.
If you have any presale questions or any doubt about our products then you can contact us anytime with your queries and we would be happy to assist you with the same. We do not guarantee that our designs will boost your conversions immediately as conversion depends upon many factors and design is just a part of it.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Buylandingpagedesign.com uses PayPal as its payment processing partner. If you are not able to make payment by either way then you can contact us for alternate payment methods like wire transfer, bank transfer, moneygram or western union.For E-cheque, bank transfers, western union, moneygram etc.
